Petty Ranch Inn

Absolutely loved our stay at Petty Ranch Inn! The property has been beautifully remodeled; everything feels fresh, modern, and super clean. The views of the red rock cliffs are absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect for visiting Zion. The pool is a great bonus, especially after a long day of hiking; clean, relaxing, and surrounded by amazing scenery. Our newly remodeled room was fantastic: super comfortable bed, soft high-quality sheets, and really nice, plush towels (seriously, better than some luxury hotels!). You can tell the owners care about the guest experience; every detail felt thoughtful. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this gem in Springdale!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The ranch is newly renovated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Also walking distance to the Zion entrance and all the good restaurants. Would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Petty Ranch Inn went above and beyond. Me and my partner arrived early, and they were able to check us in early. The Inn is small yet great. Newly renovated rooms with a breathtaking view of the beautiful Zion mountains. The room was clean, and they offer all the amenities.

My husband and I just finished our stay at petty ranch inn. It was a very nice stay. Room was very clean and great layout! The ac felt great and the big tub was perfect for after a hike. The location was very central for everything as well, the local shops, Zion, and food.

My wife and I had a great stay at Petty ranch inn. (More like pretty ranch inn hah) It was a great price, the room was super clean, towels were soft, all the provided soaps smelled great, and most importantly it was very close to Zion and some great restaurants. We enjoyed going to the nearby Canyon Coffee in the mornings which was very close and on the way to Zion. We had great service as well, they texted us the check in and out info and were quick to respond. We would be happy staying here again if we get to come back!

Had a great stay here. The self check in process was very easy and convenient, and the staff were nice and helpful. I read in old reviews that the place was renovated recently and I’m glad they did. The rooms were clean, comfortable and up to date. The location was perfect too - close to the local market, gas station and awesome restaurants like MeMe’s Cafe and Oscar’s Grill. It’s a short drive to the park entrance and there were lots of shuttle stops nearby. Would stay here again

Great price on a room in January. We booked online and checked in digitally, so we never talked to anyone in person to check in or out. That wasn't bad, but different than we were used to. The rooms were very nicely updated. Everything seemed new. And that made the low price even better.

This establishment proved to be an unexpectedly delightful and beautiful retreat. Upon a late Thursday evening arrival, the check-in process was remarkably seamless. Having booked and paid via Expedia, I received comprehensive check-in instructions on the day of arrival. The experience was reminiscent of a modern guesthouse or Airbnb, featuring a convenient self-check-in system as the front desk operates until 8 PM. Access was granted via a digital code, provided in the same text message that included the Wi-Fi details. Our Mountain View room truly lived up to its promise, offering breathtaking vistas. Stepping inside, we were greeted by a generously proportioned, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated space. The bathroom, in particular, was phenomenal. The comfort of the bed and pillows was unparalleled – genuinely the best I've ever encountered in any hotel. Its prime location is another significant advantage, being just a five-minute drive from Zion National Park's South Entrance. Furthermore, an array of coffee shops, diverse dining options, and charming local stores are all conveniently within walking distance. The tranquil surroundings ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for an exceptional stay.
